1. Use of This Website
This website is intended for informational and booking purposes only. You agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not infringe on the rights or experience of others.

2. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and content on this website are the property of Photography by Tiffany and are protected by copyright laws.
Images may not be copied, downloaded, screenshot, altered, or used in any way without written permission.
Clients who receive images are granted personal use rights only. Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is not permitted without prior written consent.

3. Booking & Payment
Sessions are considered booked once a retainer or session fee has been paid.
All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In those cases, we will make every effort to provide a new date.

5. Artistic Style & Editing
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our editing style and portfolio.
Final images are edited at our discretion to reflect our artistic vision.
Unedited (RAW) images are not delivered.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Editing
We may use AI-assisted tools as part of our editing workflow. This can include, but is not limited to, background extensions, object removal, masking, and retouching.
These tools are used as enhancements to our manual editing process, not as a replacement for it. All final images are reviewed and refined by hand to maintain consistency with our artistic style.

7. Image Delivery
Images are delivered via an online gallery.
Final delivery timelines may vary but are typically completed within a few weeks. Specific timelines are outlined in your session agreement.

8. Archiving & Image Storage
Final images are archived for a limited time.
After one (1) year, images may be removed from active storage. Archived images may be retrievable for a fee, but availability is not guaranteed.
We recommend downloading and backing up your images promptly upon delivery.

9. Model Release
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use images from sessions for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
If you prefer to keep your images private, you must notify us in writing prior to your session.

10. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to provide a safe and professional experience, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Equipment failure
Weather conditions
Illness or emergencies
In the unlikely event of complete photographic failure, liability is limited to the amount paid.

11. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
